California Consumer Rights: Understanding Your Options
This additional PRIVACY NOTICE HAS BEEN CREATED FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS and is specifically designed for individuals who reside in the State of California ( "consumers" or "you").

Category: "Protected Classification Characteristics" - Attributes such as age, race, color, ancestry, national origin, citizenship, religion or creed, marital status, medical conditions, physical or mental disabilities, gender, sexual orientation, veteran or military status, and genetic information.
Category: "Internet or Other Similar Network Activity"- This includes browsing history, search history, and information regarding a consumer's interaction with a website, application, or advertisement.
Category: "Professional or Employment-Related Information"- Information such as employment status, i.e., whether you are employed, self-employed, or retired.
Category: "Geolocation Data" - Location data provided by Internet Service Providers.
The aforementioned personal information categories are sourced from:
- Direct interactions with you, such as your engagement on this platform and information submitted via any forms.
- Information provided in connection with products/services offered by our affiliates, partners, or vendors.
- Information provided to the platform for communication permissions and consents.
- Information obtained indirectly from our clients or their agents, including data collected while providing marketing or technology services.
- Moreover, we may receive information about you from various online or offline sources, including service providers validating self-reported consumer information.
Utilization of Personal Information
We may utilize or disclose the personal information we collect for various business purposes, including but not limited to:

Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will provide details regarding the categories of personal information collected, sources of collection, business purposes, third-party disclosures, and specific pieces of collected personal information.
Deletion Request Rights
You maintain the right to request correction and/or deletion of personal information provided to and retained by this platform, subject to certain exceptions.
Upon receipt and verification of your request, we will delete your personal information from our records, unless retention is necessary for specified purposes.
Exercising Rights, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights:

Response Timing and Format
We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of receipt. If more time is required (up to 90 days), we will notify you accordingly. We do not charge a fee for processing or responding to verifiable consumer requests unless deemed excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.
Non-Discrimination
We do not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA rights. We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide different levels or qualities of service.
Changes to Our Privacy Notice
We reserve the right to amend this privacy notice at our discretion and without prior notice. Changes will be communicated via email or notice on this platform.
